Random Pictures

The rest are random pictures that I love. I am so glad she caught some great candid shots of my favorite people. Being a mom is hard and there are many days I wish I could run away(gasp I know!!!) Now that we are adding another baby soon I am thinking how in the world will I do this. When I look at these pictures I realized how blessed I am for great kids and a wonderful husband who helps me out more than anyone will ever know. He puts up with my craziness pregnant or not. We are definitely not the perfect family but we are perfect for each other. It works, we work.

LUND FAMILY

Noah

Oh Noah, Noah, Noah. You know everyone has that one kid that just tests every patient bone in your body? That's my Noah. Luke reminds me constantly that Parker was just like him and has calmed down a little. I kindly remind him that Noah is way worse. He has about double the energy that Parker had. He's a bully, and he doesn't care if the kid is 5 years older than him. The locks on the pantry and fridge have been great for him but then he gets into all my drawers and chases his siblings around with big spoons and knives. I am a little worried about him and this new baby. Hoping she survives her brother Noah. But Noah does have these amazing blue eyes and big lips that make it hard to stay mad for long. Noah loves to be read to. He will sit for hours if you read. I think this kid will have this energy for a long time. I'm hoping he puts it to good use.

Parker

Parker is the middle child. Enough said. He needs to be busy all the time. Him and Noah together are deadly and I am so glad they will be separated next year while Parker starts all day school. Things will actually stay put together and I won't have things getting broken. Even though Parker has a ton of energy and there are days I'm not sure I'll survive he has the most sensitive side. He always tells me I look beautiful and is constantly telling me about his newest girlfriend.Parker is just starting to really like sports. Nick teaches him all he knows. He doesn't quite have the attention span for a competitive league but he is enjoying his time with whatever sport he is playing. Parker is also in Tumbling and is very good at it. He picks it up really quick and is passing up boys who have been in there for years. He loves it! Parker is in Kindergarten and likes it but is really bored. I'm hoping he is challenged more when he hits 1st grade.

Samantha

Oh Miss Samantha. This little feisty girl is all girl but then can get down and dirty with the boys. I completely admit that she is just like her mom. Total attitude and doesn't know when to stop having a tantrum. She is my mini me. My mom tells me I was just like her when I was her age. Sammy is such a mother and will be a great big sister to this baby coming soon. She is my musically talented child. She can pick up a song on the piano once and learn it and play it by heart. She is loving her music class and can't wait to start piano. Sammy started Volleyball this season and has really loved it. Sammy LOVES school just like her brother loves sports. She loves to write and can write these amazing descriptive stories. We love Sammy tantrums and all.

Nicholas

Nicholas is your typical oldest child. He's a peacemaker(most of the time). He is seriously one of the sweetest boys. I get compliments all the time from his friends parents saying how sweet he is and just a good kid. He always wants to make the right choice and is always worried about one of his siblings getting left behind. Can he stay like that forever? Nicholas also is still completely in love with sports. He just told me the other day that he wished he could have baseball practice everyday. He's doing great in school. He tries his hardest and is a good student. He is trying really hard to get straight A's.

The Kids

Our photographer got so many great shots of just the kids. They actually look like they are getting along in these pictures. Warms my heart, because they have a hard time getting along lately.

Family Pictures 2012

I have a new goal and I know Luke doesn't like it. It's to get nice family pictures taken every year. Yes they can be expensive, and yes that might have to do with getting new clothes for some of us. But that's the best part! What do you have left when your kids get older? Pictures!! To me I feel like it's a great investment. I think of my wedding. I was very adamant about having a good photographer because after all is said and done that's what you have left. The food is gone, the flowers die, but pictures are always there. I still look at my pictures and LOVE them and am so glad we got great ones to remember one of the best days of our lives. So back to family pictures. I love when I get them back. They always capture my kids exact personalities. It doesn't matter how much the whole process cost I have no regrets. I love that I get to keep them forever. My kids are young and growing up so much. I took out the last 3 years and compared and I can't believe the changes. Luke I promise you, you will thank me in 20 years:)

I really didn't want to do pictures because I was 6 months preggo and felt not very attractive. After my pity party I realized it's not about me and bit the bullet. Love the results! I am going to a post for each person. It will be so much easier that way.

THE FAMILY

I really hate kissy pictures but the kids wanted us to do it. So gay!

LUKE & ALISA

I love my husband, I really do but I don't like taking couple pictures. I feel weird and especially this time around I felt fat. I'm hoping I  look back in 5 years and am glad we did. Be prepared to feel awkward!
