I really try hard not to brag about how wonderful my husband is, how great my kids are, how beautiful and skinny I am :), and how we are so rich . Even those are really true(well most of them), I just don't want my readers to be rolling their eyes or wanting to throw up every time they read my posts. But today my friends I just HAVE to blog about this.
We all know my husband is wonderful. He really is. I think we are a great match. We balance each other out. Well we decided to do a very very low key Valentines Day. Money is tight so we just had to be creative. I decided to do the 12 days of Valentines. I started on February 2ND and everyday i had a heart telling him why I loved him. I was so excited because i thought my idea was just the best! This is what he did for me:
How cute is that? He made me heart flowers and then put it in a real vase. The big heart is my card and then there are 12 dozen reasons why he loves me. He did admit he got the 12 reason from me but the rest he came up with. He even put blue paper at the bottom for water. It made my day. The kids couldn't wait for me to get it. That is so sweet! Honestly, I think those things mean WAY more than some expensive, less thoughtful gift. Btw- LOVE your hair with the bangs swept to the side! Luke sounds like a great guy! Glad to know all those years of dating idiots really paid off for you and me! :)

Ah, that's so sweet! I can jus imagine him sitting down with some scissors and purple paper. Aren't these heartfelt things the best?
Ya know, paper flowers with "I love you because..." beats real flowers any day. The creative, thought out things really mean the most.

I love it. One of my favorite gifts(mother's day) was a home made video of Alan and the kids saying why they loved me. Good job Luke!
I somehow missed the last post. I love the pictures and will have to steal them for a post. I couldn't do a good sneeze because I was smiling too hard. I really had so much fun that night. You were great! Sometimes I wonder how it can be serving when we are having so much fun!

That is totally worth bragging about! How sweet! Randy got me an edible boquet, which I thought was much more practicle than flowers. Then I happened to be paying bills online and saw the damage! Yikes, made me want to barf.
