Open Wide

On March 26, 2009 I took Nicholas and Sammy to our dentist- Uncle Jeff. Don't ask me why it has taken me this long to do it. I think I just wanted them to be a little older so they understood it and honestly I was scared that I might have to pin them down. I am proud to say that both of them joined the No Cavity Club. All those nights of trying to convince them to let Mom and Dad brush their teeth worked. I was so relieved that there would be no shots in the near future. Nicholas was very worried about it.

Nicholas did really well in the chair. I think because he is older. If you can't tell by his smile he really loved it!

Now Sammy on the other hand was a mess. Don't let this smile fool you. Sure she looks excited but the minute that chair went down and the light went on she was not having it.

The light was really bothering her so the hygienist gave her these awesome looking shades to wear. The worked for about 2 min.

See her hands trying to move the hygienists hands? She's such a stinker. I left for a couple minutes to give Nicholas a tour of the office. Supposedly she was really good until I came back into the room. Maybe I give her anxiety. Who knows. I'm just glad we don't have to go back for a while.
