Trick or Treat

This year the kids had a lot of fun. It was the first year all 3 of them knew what to do. Our ward had the Trunk or Treat and the kids scored big time. Actually Parker got more than the other kids. I think it's because people loved how he was saying Trick or Treat. We left the ward party early so we can go around our neighborhood. They loved going to real doors, but loved giving out our candy more. After the kids went to bed we went through their candy and took out all the chocolate. Why you ask? My kids don't really like chocolate. Every now and then they think they do and then I find it all around my house not eaten. We put all the chocolate in a bag for...US!! Yup that's right. Normally I would have Luke hide it because do I really need it? Well right now I do. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I NEED CHOCOLATE!!!

I can't believe your kids don't like chocolate! Blake and Clark are both nutso for ANY type of candy. I put all our candy together and said it was "family candy" and we'd have a few pieces each day...but we still have way too much! Don't worry, I'll bring you some chocolate when we come down in a few days!

Your kids look so cute Alisa! We do the same thing with the chocolate since Noelle can't drink/eat cows milk.... poor kid. It was dangerous for me though to have over 5 lbs of chocolate from the 3 kids. 4 wks to go? You can have whatever you want woman!

You and Rachel make me laugh. She sorted all the candy too! And took the chocolate! Hilarious!
Isn't Halloween so much more fun when your kids finally get it? Glad you guys had fun! :)

I'm loving the Bumble Bee costume. I've seen it on a couple kids this year and I think they did a great job on it. Glad you had a great Halloween!
