and to also see her:

baby Daphne is so cute. She has these huge eyes that watch every move you make. I loved seeing her and getting to know my little niece better. I love her!

And to see my sisters. Last weekend I was lucky enough to have a little getaway to San Fransisco. My younger sister Amy is living there while her husband goes to dental school. My sister Amber and I flew out there to have a little sisters weekend. It was so much fun and much needed on my part. It was so nice to sleep in until 8:30 every morning. Yes to me that is sleeping in. My sister Amber is pregnant with her first and she laughed at me when I said 8:30 was sleeping in.
We didn't do as much as we wanted because we had a pregnant lady and a baby with us. We did a little of this

We rode the trolley everywhere and it was so fun

We went to Chinatown and ate at a yummy place

All the sisters get ready for a day of shopping. It's what the
Zockoll's do best!!!

Okay so this next picture needs a little explaining. I always see people with this fun jumping pictures. I don't how they do it. I tried and tried while we were on the Golden Gate Bridge. It didn't work. Don't laugh.

We went to the Golden Gate Bridge the last day and it was so foggy. We should have gone the day before because it was the perfect day. It was fun to see all the fog. It was craziness.

It was a fun fun trip. I am very lucky to have a husband who can take care of all 4 kids and have the house clean when I come home. My sisters and I have never done anything like this before. We want to try to make it a yearly thing. Hopefully next our sister in law Lindsay can make it. We missed her. Thanks Amy for letting us crash at your place and driving us everywhere.
I remember when my parents would go on trips I was always so excited to see what little
souvenirs they brought home. The kids couldn't wait to see what I got for them. I got the boys a snake

and I got Sammy a pink fan. She wanted a pink ring but I couldn't find one, at least in my price range.

Fun Alisa! You and I both "gotta-way." Hallelujah! right? :) San Fran looks fun with shopping and trolly riding. Dude- I'm loving your long hair! You look great! I had to laugh at your jumping picture. Funny! Now remember... December 4th- my parent's place- be there! Can't wait!
Looks like a lot of fun. Makes me want to plan a trip with my sis. Or any trip without kids for that matter!
That is so fun! This makes me sad I just have dumb brothers and don't get to do fun out of towners with no sisters lol:) Amy's baby is adorable and I agree 8:30 is sleeping in! Glad you had a wonderful vacation/break!
I love all the pictures. Especially cute little Daphne. I wish she lived closer. I'm bummed I couldn't make it this year...but we will definitely have to make this an annual trip. Ahh...8:30 is TOTALLY sleeping in. Usually my body can't even sleep that long even if I'm able to! Glad you girls had fun! :)
