Look at him go..........

Parker has learned to ride his bike without training wheels. Well he actually learned how to a month ago but I completely forgot to blog about it. For Christmas last year his cousin Jack got one of  these .Parker was very confused that his cousin didn't have pedals. After a very short time his cousin Jack learned how to ride a real bike and boy did that push Parker. He asked if he could have a bike like Jack's. Luke ended up just taking his pedals off of his bike and Parker learned how to balance and in no time was riding his bike. I wish we would have done this with the other kids. We are hoping this kind of pushes Sammy to learn, but I have a feeling her very cautious personality will prove us wrong. She does everything on her own time, which is fine. So if you have a 3 year old I would totally recommend doing this and you will be amazed! I mean look at this cutie go!

Other than that things are really good around here. Two of my kids are back in school and Parker starts next week. My schedule is back and I couldn't be happier. I am able to have more of a scheduled workout routine which makes a happy mama(except when I have to wake up at 5:10 am). So obviously a happy mom makes happy kids right? Yes, it's good. My house stays cleaner and there is way less TV around here. Luke starts his new job in 2 weeks. He is so excited. It's hard watching your husband do a job that he really dislikes. I am proud of him for getting this great opportunity. He will be working with Shell Oil company, which is a great company and the benefits and pay are 10 times better than UPS. Looks like I will be spending more of my time at Target....kidding. Also a good friend of mine had a baby a couple days ago and I saw her when she was a day old. It was so fun to be around a newborn again. The best part was that I walked away from the baby not being baby hungry. That never happens. I always want a baby after seeing a newborn. It was a good feeling.
