Where to begin?

Life has been crazy here. No time for blogging, emailing, or even sitting down. Well I guess I had time to watch a whole season of Gossip Girl (thanks a lot Amy). That's besides the point. We have been a very sick family lately. Basically I have pretty much been housebound. Remember what it was like when you only had one child? There were no other children there to get your kid sick. Nicholas didn't have to go to the Dr. for anything until he was 18 months old. It was awesome. It seems like the 3rd child throws everything for a loop including Dr. visits. The kids get sick more which means more trips to the Dr. Last week I took 3 separate trips to the Dr, and 3 different trips to the pharmacy. Please try not to be envious. I know everyone is jealous that I have to give 2 different kids breathing treatments 3 times a day and give a feisty 3 yr old nose spray and eye drops. Believe it or not Parker has been the best one at this. I put on his favorite DVD and he hold the mask himself. To top it all off we had a wedding that Sammy was in. She was not feeling well at all and so that made it even harder. Right now things are looking better. I am hoping we can join civilization by Friday.

This was at the wedding. This was on of her finer moments. Earlier in the day her eyes were all puffy and watery and her nose was running like a faucet.Posted by Picasa

Don't worry, they grow out of those breathing treatments. And the time comes again when you are NEVER at the Dr. office. (we have been once in about 5 or 6 years)

Oh, your poor family! I started Claire on breathing treatments last night and I don't think I could do two kids. I was thinking I haven't seen you for a while. Hope all of you get better soon!

Yeah, doesn't it feel great when all the nurses and doctors know you personally because you visit so frequently? So sorry. I don't know what is worse having sick kids or being stuck at home. Just wait until Nicholas goes to kindergarten he's going to bring EVERYTHING home with him. :)

Yeah that doesn't sound fun at all. At least Parker is being so good about his treatments. Sammy looks cute in her leotard and at the wedding.

Oh Alisa, I can so relate since you know Chase just had pnemonia and I had to do those darn breathing treatments round the clock! I'm sorry you have all three kids sick. It's the worst! But this too shall pass. Hang in.

Sammy just looks beautiful. How'd you curl her hair?
