If you know Luke well enough you know that he is a homebody. He loved spending the weekends at home doing his yard work and home repairs. Since we had a tball game every Saturday for the past 2 months he was itching to do his weekend chores. I told him that our 3 older kids are at a good age to do some fun things like hiking, and Noah is at a good age too because he can just sit in a backpack and not want to get out. I finally talked him into going on a family hike on Memorial day. We invited the Kiesels with us, and it was a lot of fun. We decided to do the tunnels out by Lake Mead. It was very flat and easy for the kids.

The tunnels
We had a great weekend and the kids were tired from all the activities we did. I was hoping the boys would sleep in but they were up bright and early at 5:55 this morning. Lucky me!!

You are so funny- yeah that greenery behind you is breathtaking! :) Man, your Parker reminds me of my Isaac with the faces- I love it! Also, I do remember LV has a minor league team but I swear it used to be called something else- the Stars, maybe? I remember because for my 15th birthday my dad took me and Jermaine Prentece (my cute Black kind of boyfriend) to the game and I remember thinking when he held my hand in the backseat I looked down at our hands and thought, "jungle fever!" :) lol. Tell me you remember this story Alisa! Oh yeah, and then remember the song "I Believe" was popular then and I said how it was similar to our "relationship?" :) "Cause I believe that love is the answer, I believe... love will find a way... love will find a way." This is long... but I find it funny. Thanks for sparking these memories. Glad you had a fun weekend!
That all sounds so exhausting! I am glad you had fun-Noah is at the perfect age! We went to go feed the ducks and geo-cache, but it didn't go as planned. It never does with 4 kids!
