10 Year Anniversary

Luke and I celebrated our 10 year on November 23rd. 10 years? We've done a lot in 10 years. Both of us have graduated from college,we have lived with both sets of parents, been through 3 jobs, and had 4 kids, almost 5! I'm not going to lie I know there are times where Luke wants to ring my neck and visa versa. But, hey I believe that's what makes our marriage so strong. We don't pretend like everything is perfect all the time. We have 4 kids who make life grand but also make it really hard to have alone time. About 5 years ago I told Luke he has to promise to take me on a long vacation for our 10 year. And guess what? We did! It was absolutely amazing! Just what we needed. We went to Cancun, which is where we went on our honeymoon 10 years ago. It was so relaxing and we did NOTHING!! All we did was lay on the beach, eat, lay by the pool, eat, and sleep in. It was the perfect getaway from our perfect little children. When we got home I was ready to jump back into motherhood. Then a day later I was ready to go back to the beach. Here are a ton of pictures from the trip. A lot of close up because it was just us. Enjoy!

In no order at all

On our way to PARTY!!
They knew it was our anniversary, and did this for us with a bottle of Champagne.
 Our view from our balcony.
We went into town to get the kids some gifts and the driver was a crazy driver. We were a little scared!
 Our view from our cabana.

 A lovely self portrait

I decided I better have a picture of me with this beautiful beach in the background. I thought, my legs won't look too bad. WRONG! Why yes I did crop my chubby legs out.
5 full days with this hottie. Perfect!
 He loved sitting like this

 Our hotel
My whitey trying to get some sun. He was out like this for 20 minutes and burned. He learned his lesson.

One of our night walks. Love him.

 This guy followed me everywhere.
He always fell asleep by the pool
 Our fancy night out.
We were able to watch baby sea turtles hatch and let them go into the ocean. There over 100 of them. So cool!
