Luke is a great Dad. He teaches them a lot of great things. The kids love him. BUT there are a few things he teaches them that are not good. Like pulling your pants and down pretending to fart and mooning(yes he really taught Nicholas that). Anyways a couple weeks ago we were at In n out and he taught Nicholas how to spit spitballs with a straw. No biggie right? Well the other day while driving I see this white thing land on my dashboard right next to me. I look back and it's Nicholas doing exactly what his "cool" dad taught him. Then when we get home Sammy starts freaking out because he had spit about 10 more of them on her window. Oh don't worry it gets better. It was time for nap/quiet time and so I sent them all to their rooms. I go into Nicholas room to grab something and I see that DAMN straw in his hand again. I thought I took it away from him. I look at his ceiling and this is what I find:
He somehow found blue paper and spit a bunch of them on his ceiling. So please don't judge me if Nicholas spits one of these at you, pulls his pants down and pretends to fart, or moons you. It's not my fault...blame his Daddy!

This is why I love having girls. I don't think there are too many dads who would teach there little girls this. It's a total boy thing :)
Finally, we are hearing the bad stuff about Luke. I knew it all the time.
Derek taught my kids to "tell secrets" which is in fact, burping in someone's ear. AWESOME. Dads are the best, most of the time.
Luke puts on a good face. I would never guess he has such manners! You should hear the battle I am going through right now trying to pass the "no burping or farting at the table" law. I am only asking for a small amount of manners when we are EATING! You would think I was asking them all for their right arm! And I have to diagree with your friend. It is not a boy thing around here. Grace can, no joke, put them all to shame!
LOL!!! Can't wait to read this post to Jess!
My brother will never grow up - this doesn't surprise me at all...
I'm at work taking a break and this post totally made me laugh :)
